Shaker

Shaker is an IT company that provides SaaS, CRM, and software services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Shaker is based in New York, New York and around since 2022. More on shakernetwork.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Shaker, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
