Servisoft

ServiSoft offers software development, accounting, and fire protection system services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Accounting and Finance. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Servisoft is based in Kenilworth, New Jersey. You can read more at servisoftllc.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Servisoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
