ServicePlatform

ServicePlatform is a custom software development company. Empowering Service-Based Businesses. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Location Based Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ServicePlatform is based in San Francisco, California and founded in 2012. You can read more at serviceplatform.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ServicePlatform, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
