Serve Electric

Serve Electric is driven by a genuine desire to hold Serve Electric, and the entire industry, to a higher standard of service and quality. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Professional Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Serve Electric is based in Sterling Heights, Michigan and around since 1999. Their site is serveelectric.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
