Security Industry Specialists

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. provides security solutions to companies. In practice that means replacing internal email with channels and direct messages.

The natural audience is every team. They also list Cyber Security, Messaging and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very large team, 5,000+ people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Security Industry Specialists is based in Miami Beach, Florida and founded in 1999. Their site is sis.us.

Things worth asking about: search, retention policies, and external guest access. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Security Industry Specialists, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
