Screensoft

Screensoft is a work os and collaboration product. SaaS for faster and more affordable background checks. One second verifications and automated decision tools. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Screensoft is based in Longview, Texas and founded in 2016. Their site is screensoft.co.

Our checklist for this category: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
