Scouter

the easiest way to find your location to film. That is the short version of Scouter. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Real Estate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Scouter is based in Mexico, Maine and founded in 2021. You can read more at wearescouter.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Scouter, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
