Scoutahead

Scoutahead: Secure and Encrypted Enterprise Collaboration System. The job it does: replacing internal email with channels and direct messages.

It makes the most sense for every team. Related areas on their profile: Messaging, Mobile and Security. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Scoutahead is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2016. More on scoutahead.com.

Things worth asking about: search, retention policies, and external guest access. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
