Scout Ahead

Scout Ahead is a applicant tracking product. Real-Time Insights for Your Job Search. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Scout Ahead is based in Boston, Massachusetts. More on scoutahead.work.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
