Scout

Scout is an innovative student information system that uses artificial intelligence, specifically crafted for K-12 schools. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention EdTech and Education. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Scout is based in New York, New York and around since 2024. Their site is scoutforschools.com.

Before you commit, look at content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
