Scott Data

Scott Data offers network design, software, and IT training and consulting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Scott Data is based in Orono, Maine. Their site is scottdata.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
