SCM Globe

SCM Globe is a logistics based technology firm providing cloud-based supply chain modelling and simulation applications for education. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Logistics, Management Consulting and Supply Chain Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SCM Globe is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2011. Their site is scmglobe.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
