Schatzii

Schatzii is a San Francisco based company, and known for their industry leading mobile accessories and personal electronic products. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Hardware. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Schatzii is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2011. Their site is schatzii.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Schatzii, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
