ScaleStation

ScaleStation is a technology company that offers consulting, design, and development services to its clients. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Hardware. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

ScaleStation is based in Milpitas, California and founded in 2011. Their site is scalestation.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know ScaleStation well, your review carries weight here.
