ScalaHosting

ScalaHosting is a niche managed cloud hosting provider and software development company, which recently introduced SPanel and SShield. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Computing, Cloud Data Services, Cloud Management, Cloud Security and Cloud Storage, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

ScalaHosting is based in Dallas, Texas and founded in 2007. More on scalahosting.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with ScalaHosting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
