SC Strategic Solutions

SC Strategic Solutions provides secure document shredding, storage, scanning, documents, and records management software services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Document Management and Professional Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SC Strategic Solutions is based in Hinckley, Ohio and around since 2007. Their site is scstrategicsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
