SC Carbone

SC Carbone Inc. offers IT services for business growth, including systems development and strategic planning. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SC Carbone is based in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Their site is sccarbone.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SC Carbone, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
