SBS Group

SBS Group is a technology company that offers IT consulting and cloud data management services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Data Management and Information Services. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SBS Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
