SBS Creatix

SBS Creatix is a St. Louis based information technology service provider specialized in staff augmentation and direct placement recruiting. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services and Recruiting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SBS Creatix is based in St Louis, Missouri and around since 2003. You can read more at sbscreatix.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SBS Creatix, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
