SBM Group

SBM Group is an IT staffing organization that provides software, application maintenance, and project management services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Project Management and Staffing Agency. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SBM Group is based in Edison, New Jersey. Their site is sbmginc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
