Sanilac Computer Products

Sanilac Computer Products is a custom software development and consulting firm. The firm also provides hardware sales and services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware, Professional Services and Sales. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Sanilac Computer Products is based in Sandusky, Michigan. More on scpweb.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
