San Juan Software

San Juan Software is a security company providing security products, training and services for smart homes. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Internet of Things, Power Grid and Smart Home, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

San Juan Software is based in Seattle, Washington and around since 2003. More on sanjuansw.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
