SaimTek

Saimtek is an IT consultancy and software development company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Graphic Design, Information Services and Web Development. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

SaimTek is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Their site is saimtek.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know SaimTek well, your review carries weight here.
