SafeCities

SafeCities is use a web-based SaaS solution to automate and simplify scheduling and workflow procedures for public safety industries. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Electronics. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SafeCities is based in San Jose, California and founded in 1979. More on safecitiesco.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
