SaberDBA

Saber Dba, Inc. offers data integration consulting and management using Microsoft SQL Server. That is the short version of SaberDBA. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Data Management, Database and IT Management. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SaberDBA is based in Canton, Ohio. You can read more at saberdba.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
