SAB Solutions

SAB Solutions provides barcode scanning, data collection, product identification solutions, and application services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Data Collection and Labeling and Data Integration, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SAB Solutions is based in Medfield, Massachusetts. Their site is sabsolutionsma.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
