Saasuma

Saasuma is a cloud based search tool and directory platform. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Saasuma is based in Portland, Oregon. Their site is saasuma.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Saasuma? Rate it.
