Runtime Computing Solutions

Runtime Computing Solutions is a software company that offers consulting services in the areas of code optimization, and training. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Runtime Computing Solutions is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. You can read more at runtimecomputing.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
