Royal Caliber

Royal Caliber is an information technology firm that provides solutions in hardware, software, and in other technical computing. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Royal Caliber is based in Carlsbad, California. More on royal-caliber.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
