RouteGenie

RouteGenie is a powerful software for NEMT providers that helps ease the burden of scheduling, routing, dispatching and billing your trips. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

RouteGenie is based in Buffalo, New York. Their site is routegenie.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know RouteGenie well, your review carries weight here.
