Room Choice

Room Choice is an information technology company that specializes in providing student housing software and web development. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. They also list Lead Management and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Room Choice is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and founded in 2013. Their site is myroomchoice.com.
