RocketHub

RocketHub is a platform to launch Saas products, software, online courses, ebooks, extensions, and plugins. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce Platforms and Information Services. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

RocketHub is based in Somerset, New Jersey. Their site is rockethub.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
