Rocket System Laboratories

Here is Rocket System Laboratories in plain terms. RSL is a software company that offers our clients and vendors applications, support, and clearinghouse services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Rocket System Laboratories is based in Mentor, Ohio. More on vpbp.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
