Rocket Admins

We help you do IT. We fix websites, servers, systems and networks. Just fill out a simple form, set a deadline and order!. That is the short version of Rocket Admins. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list IT Management, Linux, Network Security and Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Rocket Admins is based in New York, New York. Their site is rocketadmins.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
