Robot Operating System

Robot Operating System is a flexible framework for writing robot software. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Robot Operating System is based in Richmond, Virginia. You can read more at ros.org.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Robot Operating System well, your review carries weight here.
