ROADVIEW

ROADVIEW specializes in the collection, reduction, and delivery of large-scale and geo-referenced transportation datasets. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention GPS and Mapping Services. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ROADVIEW is based in Fitchburg, Wisconsin and founded in 1983. Their site is roadview.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with ROADVIEW, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
