RKL

RKL LLP is a leading advisory firm based in PA and beyond. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Accounting, Consulting and Financial Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

RKL is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and founded in 1979. Their site is rklcpa.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know RKL well, your review carries weight here.
