RK Technical Services

RK Technical Svcs. offers software development and services for scientific, semiconductor, and instrumentation sectors. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Consulting, Software Engineering and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

RK Technical Services is based in Malvern, Pennsylvania and around since 1994. More on rkts.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with RK Technical Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
