Riverstone Enterprise Solutions

Riverstone Enterprise Solutions offers expertise in Service-Oriented Architectures, Agile Methodologies, and Enterprise Systems. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, Consulting and Information Services. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Riverstone Enterprise Solutions is based in Parker, Colorado. More on rivsol.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
