RisSoft

Rissoft - is the Residential and Commercial Property Management Software developer. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Commercial Real Estate, Property Management and Real Estate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

RisSoft is based in Greenwich, Connecticut and around since 1984. Their site is rissoft.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with RisSoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
