Right Inbox

Right Inbox integrates with GMail & Google Apps and lets you schedule emails to be sent later and set reminders for follow ups. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Right Inbox is based in Austin, Texas. Their site is rightinbox.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Right Inbox, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
