RideAmigos

RideAmigos is an industry-leading provider of TDM software. Used by Fortune 500 companies, major metro agencies, and research universities. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Employee Benefits, Location Based Services, Public Transportation and Transportation. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

RideAmigos is based in Santa Monica, California. More on rideamigos.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know RideAmigos well, your review carries weight here.
