Richsoft

Richsoft provides end-to-end information systems consulting and management services to businesses and other software applications. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Big Data, Cloud Data Services, Consulting and Professional Services. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Richsoft is based in Muskegon, Michigan. You can read more at richsoft.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Richsoft well, your review carries weight here.
