RiceTec

RiceTec provides sustainable food production through rice seed technologies. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Agriculture, Consulting, Food and Beverage and Food Processing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

RiceTec is based in Alvin, Texas and around since 1988. You can read more at ricetec.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with RiceTec, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
