Revolights

Revolights develops and commercializes wheel-mounted bicycle headlights and taillights. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Revolights is based in Emeryville, California and around since 2011. More on revolights.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Revolights, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
