Review Fire

Review Fire is a review platform for customer feedback and online ratings. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Consumer Reviews, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Review Fire is based in Frisco, Texas. You can read more at reviewfire.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Nobody has reviewed Review Fire on Revaw yet. If you use it, your rating goes first, and it takes about twenty seconds.
