Resolution Computer

Resolution Computer is a consulting firm that provides data recovery, computer repair, network, hardware, and software services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting and Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Resolution Computer is based in Boynton Beach, Florida. Their site is resolutioncomputer.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
