Renton IT

Renton IT offers managed IT support, computer repair, cybersecurity, and consulting services for businesses. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Renton IT is based in Renton, Washington. More on rentonit.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
