Rental Geek

RentalGeek provides a mobile renting application designed to make the apartment renting process easy. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: Mobile, Real Estate and Universities. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Rental Geek is based in New York, New York and founded in 2013. Their site is rentalgeek.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
