Rental Beast

Rental Beast develops an apartment rental database to help brokers, agents, and landlords. In practice that means keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

It makes the most sense for sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list Big Data, CRM, Productivity Tools and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Rental Beast is based in Somerville, Massachusetts and around since 2013. More on rentalbeast.com.

Things worth asking about: pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
